Application Deadlines:

Applications open on October 1 for consideration for the 2025-2026 school year. Our formal student enrolment process will begin in January 2025. Communication and resulting offers will follow accordingly.

Application Fee: $200.00 non-refundable

Please email a copy of the following documents to karli.martin@janusacademy.org as require to accompany your application.

1. Documentation giving a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

2. Psychoeducational assessment that is not more than 18 months old

3. SLP Assessment

4. OT Assessment

4. Most recent IPP or Report Card

5. Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate

6. Proof of Citizenship or Permanent Residency if the student was born outside of Canada

Submit Payment

A non-refundable fee of $200.00 is required to complete your application. Pay by:

Cheque: Please make payable to Janus Academy Society.

Etransfer: Please email fee to janusetransfer@janusacademy.org. (Please state your child’s name in the comment section of the etransfer.)

Confirmation of payment will be sent.

Let us Review and We’ll be in Touch

Our School Administrator will review your child’s educational history and other relevant documents to determine eligibility to Janus. If eligibility requirements are met, the next step is to set up an observation/visit. After the observation/visit you will be notified of your child’s eligibility.
